orappa Posted April 22, 2004 Posted April 22, 2004 Nope, it's when a packet gets dropped and so the receiving PC doesn't realise that the player has been hit. You don't get this in other games because it is handled by the server and not the client. MTA:SA FAQ - Read this before asking questions. dystopia Posted April 22, 2004 Posted April 22, 2004 Well, sometimes its also packet loss to your pc, they HAVE fallen, and might stop on your screen, but do not appear to fall...after a second the will go from standing to the floorm and get up. Or it could just be old fashioned lag where you are shooting behind them...its like duck hunting, add lots of lead the higher the ping lol It makes you want to drink the sun
Guest Posted April 22, 2004 Posted April 22, 2004 or it could simply be that you are shooting at them and they are jumping. jumpers dont fall very much due to the fact that you have to be on the ground to fall
