I thought that both would have to be 100% in order to release MTA 0.4. Link to comment

darkdreamingdan Posted March 11, 2004 Share Posted March 11, 2004 by looking at the chat window, u can obviously scroll thru players. and by the looks of the mtavc0.3 preview vid, it is controlled by mouse wat i wanna know, is if there is a free spec mode, which allows u to move as freely as u want. another thing, riso mentioned that with the next core cheating will be very difficult, is this core imlemented on mta0.4? also, TOMMI VERCETTI??? does that mean there will be new, cool skins? bump said that gta3mta0.4 is much more stable than mtavc 0.3, is it going to be that much stabler?
