php is a scripting language, like the forums use, and a mysql db is a database where all data is stored such as post and pm;s

try lycos, but their down alot last i checked, they may be working good now, jus search google for "free php mysql hosting" and find one, ull only need bout 5mb, so dont mind if its low storage.
