Dgtadude Posted February 16, 2004 Posted February 16, 2004 it means that your missing the gta-vc.exe . Or the directory is wrong . I belive to fix this you have to edit the mta.ini file on C:/Windows/ And change the directory to the right one .
xerox Posted February 17, 2004 Posted February 17, 2004 if your refering to starting a new game of mta, uninstall mta, and when you reinstall it choose your actual VC install spot instead of the default one =P

Read the instructions and make sure that ASE knows where MTA is and MTA knows where you installed Vice City 2. Unistall the game. Unplug your computer and throw it in the river because you are too stupid to play this game.
