I belive to fix this you have to edit the mta.ini file on C:/Windows/ And change the directory to the right one . Read the instructions and make sure that ASE knows where MTA is and MTA knows where you installed Vice City 2. Unistall the game. Unplug your computer and throw it in the river because you are too stupid to play this game.
