GTA Weather System

I was wondering does GTA SA SP have some kind of weather system. I'm 80% sure it isn't random weather.

Cause I'm sure it wouldn't go from sunny to rain, it would probably go sunny, to dark weather then to rain if you know what I mean.

Does anyone know how it works?

lol, no, I don't know how it goes but, it also depends where CJ is in SP, as the sandstorm would only come through while in the desert ...

I think that GTA SP is on a random weather system, but if you wanted to make random weather i guess you could use setTimer or create a table with differant weather settings...

Actually, nah, they wouldn't make it a random weather system, because they wouldn't put a sandstorm in grove street or in a city, unless they are in the desert...

Anyways, GTASA made it depending on where CJ is.

Yes, I could create a table of data but first I need the weather time data; which I don't have nor know how to get.
