Antoni
Am I allowed to have an image link in my signature that goes to a site where people can buy and sell accounts for MTA servers, scripts, etc. Link to comment
Jaysds1
MTA is an Open-Source Project, meaning anything you download/get from MTA, you are allowed to do anything with... well not really everything, but you are allowed to have a link in your signature leading to a site where people can buy/sell accounts for MTA Servers, Scripts, etc... ixjf
MTA is an Open-Source Project, meaning anything you download/get from MTA, you are allowed to do anything with... It pretty much depends on the license used by the project, open-source does not mean you are allowed to do anything you would imagine - "open source" just means people can view the source code of the program and contribute to make it better. well not really everything, but you are allowed to have a link in your signature leading to a site where people can buy/sell accounts for MTA Servers, Scripts, etc... Totally unrelated to what you mentioned above. Edited May 21, 2013 by Guest Link to comment
qaisjp
No problem. Btw Jaysds1, the fact that MTASA is open source has nothing to do with the fact you are allowed to post what he wanted in the signature. The forum rules could say that people aren't allow to have signatures, but it doesn't mean it's not an open-source project. Link to comment
