Hi , i think that this suggestion must be accepted , because of people who upload copied resource,stolen etc ...

when the user try to upload a resource , it'll show him the rules which says don't upload a copied resources , mods , stolen resources etc ..

then he must press accept to continue uploading his resource otherwise if he declined the rules he will be redirected to homepage of community

* What happens if he broke the rules

if he uploaded an illegal resource the resource will be removed with a warning and if he did it thrice(many times) his account will be banned.

please take this issue seriously , thanks

That's not a very good solution. Sure, the user will at some point stop trying but what will the community moderators do until then? They will waste their time banning every single suspected account?

Well , what do you think about a serial for every account in the community

for example , when you're trying to register you gotta fill username, email, password, serial(auto-detect)

the serial would be detected automatically (the user cannot fill it himself)

this way , when moderators ban users they'll ban their serials , so they'll not be able to register again.

No, They can make Topic "Report Community Center Users Here". Just like "Report Community Center Resource Here." then Everyone can contribute (complain illegal accounts). and It will help to make community safe place. or They can just make a system, Which will banned user automatically, if he/she upload illegal resource.
