50p Posted March 20, 2013 Posted March 20, 2013 There is a lot of problems when working outside of the GTA boundary. Water is one of these issues. That is probably because GTA engine allows you to swim away from the islands forever and the game need to deal with it somehow because I don't think Rockstar made the ocean so big.
