For Christmas I'm getting a Razer mouse and a new keyboard and possibly a new monitor. I'm still saving up for a new unit. Link to comment
Anderl
I meant show pics of the real machine Link to comment
Mossy
Oh. Well I don't have any camera on me so those pics should be enough. There's nothing exciting for my rig. Just a desk, speakers, mousepad, and those photos. Link to comment
Anderl
Heck, no one here have a gaming machine that would like to show ( I don't mean these pre-built overpriced machines )? Link to comment

Anderl
A gaming PC isn't only 2x Radeon HD7970, 16GB RAM and a Core i7, any computer with good components for gaming is a good gaming machine. Even if your PC doesn't have these awesome components, you can still show it ( unless it's one of these VERY OVERPRICED pre-built computers ) - that, if I understood what you said right Edited January 26, 2013 by Guest Link to comment

Anderl
Woah, these cables.. Pass them by the other side of the case and rotate the HDD to the other side too, that will help you in temperatures ( guess you know it already ). Btw, what's your GPU model? 6970? Link to comment
denny199
Yes, my GPU model is 6970. But why should I change it, my temperature is fine now ;p Temps right now: Temp1: 37C Temp2: 24C Temp3: -128C HD0: 28C CPU: 36C MB: 24C Core: 35C And with bf3 on it will be 5~15C higher ;p ( everything on ultra ofc ) Link to comment
Anderl
Just.. It looks very bad. Link to comment
Mossy
Just.. It looks very bad. I suggest upgrading to the 7000 series. Hell, I'm running an inel core 2 with 520w and an AMD Radeon HD 7770 Overclocked and my PC is better than ever! I hope to upgrade my RAM, CPU, HDD, and maybe motherboard. Link to comment

Hell, I'm running an inel core 2 with 520w and an AMD Radeon HD 7770 Overclocked and my PC is better than ever! Unless he is going to upgrade to a HD79xx it's not worth it, HD6970 is pretty similar to HD78xx performance and it's not worth to waste $100-250 ( not sure about prices in US/UK, but here a HD7850 2GB costs 175€ and HD7870 2GB costs 230€ average ) for little less power consumption and temperatures. I hope to upgrade my RAM, CPU, HDD, and maybe motherboard. You will for sure need a new motherboard if you are going to buy a new CPU because your motherboard has socket 775. @denny199, how much FPS are you getting in BF3 on ultra? Link to comment

But before I find out which one I want I need to save up! Link to comment

Anderl
I never seen such old PC running BF3 with these FPS, especially at ultra settings. Is it black magic? Link to comment
AeroXbird
I never seen such old PC running BF3 with these FPS, especially at ultra settings. Is it black magic? You call a 6970 old? lol get your facts right. The 6970 is a very quick card, it might be a year and a half old, but it still kicks ass. FPS rates between 60 and 80 are very reasonable even more so if denny has an SSD. ( cant quite make out if theres an ssd next to the hdd ) Link to comment
