a couple of problems

i've had a strange problem lately, my hard drive has been filling up even though i havent put anything on my computer. i've noticed that there's a download bar at the start of each game and i was wondering if this might account for the shrinking disk space. the second problem is that lately mta has stopped responding a lot more lately. sometimes when this happens i'll have a notice of low disk space. wondering if anyone else is experiencing this and if whatever is being downloaded at the start of the game is stored on the hard drive.

1. Yes, At the start of the game, you download folders on to your computer in order to see them. For an example, the gui... You would need that folder downloaded in order to see any gui it has in it.

2. Try running this MTADiag and post the url here after.

Please install the following:

• Audio driver
  
• Chipset drivers
  
• Ethernet driver

Provide another MTADiag log after installing.

You have a very small ~80GB hard drive. While MTA can take up some disk space depending on a particular server's resources, MTA is probably not taking up a very significant amount of space. You can try running Disk Cleanup (if I recall correctly, Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> Disk Cleanup; if that doesn't work, Start -> Run -> cleanmgr.exe) to see if you can free any space.
