i'm sorry for my bad english, but i think you know what i want to say.

Are there any resources, that make computer cars drive around the map, and people walk araound?

The game would be much funnier if there were computerpeople.

MTA has an automatically installed traffic resource. You can use the 'traffic' resource and see what it does.

Also, there is a pedestrian resource, having some bugs but the main idea is working.

Its a resource...You must paste it at server/mods/deathmatch/resources/gameplay...

Do you know that there's something called "decompress"?

If i decompress ist, there a many folders.

And the server ressources normally are zips, so how should i install it?

Resources can be on a folder or on a ZIP.

Oh, i decompressed it an did it to a folder.

Now its running.

About gas stations, I guess you mean a fuel system, if so, then I just found this:

But it's no problem.
