auto compile on download

All people with custom scripts want to have compiled client side scripts so what i thought maybe when you download stuff it gets auto compiled and then you never have to worrie about stolen scripts and stuff

No, this will prevent your scripts from downloading to clients cache, so people will have to download them over and over when they join the server again. And AFAIK this feature was disabled.
