Ping Bug!

Hi! i know this sound EXTREMELY WEIRD but when i enter to MY server no others and open a gui (admin panel, basemode configuration panel, war panel, etc) the mouse turns REALLY SLOWLY and my ping goes up to 4000! OMG and when i scroll the wheel of the mouse a little sound come from the CPU (like pipipi ) please i dont know what to do i already tried to reinstall MTA but nothing happens and this didnt happend to me last year (this problem appears a couple of months ago)

It's something from your windows configuration , try reinstalling you're windows or get what keys did you bound on that key..

i think that is a virus what pus your CPU to extrem (old it on 100% ) and the game can't run bk your CPU is overloaded how @GanJaRuleZ sayd reinstal the window's
