Do anyone know some kind of websoftware to sell things like scripts and maps ? and it must be like secure so it autogenerates a one use only link for the guy who buys so he cant copy it and let others download....

If not im willing to pay for someone to make this webpage for me...

So, when a player buys your script a link to the purchased item will be auto-generated?

thats the plan and it expires so people cant send the link around

You could try setting a cookie after a player presses a button and use key generator to change the URL for your page then delete the cookie or make the cookie expire for that page so the person doesn't try downloading it again or gives it to someone else.

Just use the Paypal API to proccess the money, then simply make a class with functions to generate a key for you in php. its like a 2 hour job to make a simple one.
