What i'm actually after is getting the passenger button to work cos I wanna get into an AI car as a passenger just for fun So is there any way to get it working sorta like u could run MTA in single player with 0.1 or was the "ability" to do that totally removed in this version? No I am not asking for peds/traffic in MP I just wanna do this by myself. Thanks

trx Posted October 2, 2003 Posted October 2, 2003 The traffic normally generated by the Vice City engine does not tell the scm which car is which, so you will never be able to check for what car you want to enter as passenger. All the cars in MTA are created manually, which will allow to check if your player is within range of a particular car, and if so, is he pressing the correct key at the same time. Using some scm coding, it is quite possible to be driven around by AI, which is good fun, but serves no purpose to MTA.
