Upgrading my computer

My motherboard doesn't have an AGP slot (thanks dell) so I'm buying a new motherboard, case and vid card.

My budget is 200$ and this is what I have so far:

Is that a smart choice? Do you know of anything cheaper?

Honestly, if you're not going to be doing any huge math work, you wasted your money. P4/1.8ghz 'eh...

You could've had a box at at least 3000+ (should you not mind overclocking) with decent enough video to hold you over until you can get a good card for $200

U do get some ppl though how aint got a clue on how to overclock their computers. But ive found some srange ppl who decided to have nitro pumped through their comps to make em faster...but then needed a huge coolant system...
