Guest Posted April 5, 2003 Posted April 5, 2003 Doesn't have any kind of new exe... and nothing changed in the menus... i have reinstalled it like 2000 times and downloaded from different servers... Oh yeah... and everytime i install it says setup cannot create the file C:\windows\system\stdole2.tlb. This file must be in use or protected. But after pressing ok it continues...
xerox Posted April 5, 2003 Posted April 5, 2003 the exe installs itself into program files/gta3mta if you have problems with installation it may be your computer.

Then try to only restart computer if u didn't restart it...hehe If it continues to say that error,try to reinstall your windows over the one you already have now...It will not delete all your programs and maybe will it fix that bug....
