0 Discord Moderators Zango Posted January 7, 2011 Discord Moderators Share Posted January 7, 2011 no it isn't possible I think, mine has always turned off Aero. What do you need it for, though? Link to comment
0 Winky
Windows probably detects that a specific application (GTA San Andreas) needs (all) GPU power. Link to comment
0 eAi
Which it really shouldn't of course, being a rather old game! I heard from someone that one of the GTA:SA patches fixes this - does anyone know if that's true? Link to comment
0 Towncivilian
I'll test the patches later today. Link to comment
0 Maccer.
I'm sorry, but why the hell would you want to run aero and MTA windowed at the same time? Why do you want to significantly reduce performance with just some crappy eye candy? Oh well, what ever you feel is best. Link to comment

Stuff like aero peek is useful, and it shouldnt impact performance on a game like GTASA. It's odd that Aero + GTASA worked fine in Vista but not 7. Link to comment
0 Discord Moderators Zango Posted January 14, 2011 Discord Moderators Share Posted January 14, 2011 maybe it was attempt to solve problem "gaming on vista sucks" in 7 Link to comment
