One, I see people typing in a foreign language all the time, for instance флоавфы BUT, I dont see it as <------that I see it as

ÁÈÇÔÑÜ letters like that, I would like to be able to read russian, is there a way to do that?

Maybe you need to install Russian character sets. I'm not sure (I get the äîëõ too ) but it seems logical. In windows 7 you can install new "display languages" from the control panel. If/when Unicode support is finished, this will probably get a lot easier.

As for a clan... that has very little to do with the MTA software itself, really. The common procedure is to ask clan members of the clan you want to join. In some cases you might be tested if you're admitted into the clan, you usually start wearing the clan's "tag" in your in-game nick. I'm known as [FMJ]robhol in-game, for example.

about the clan thing, I would see people that have say.. a yellow tag, and a blue name, and I KNOW nick's dont have that many characters for 2 color codes.

Nicks are, as far as I know, max 24 characters. A color code is 7 chars, so 2 color codes would leave you with 10 chars for the name.. Should be possible.
