I mean on some objects like the stadium loop the controlpoint is facing the wrong direction so its impossible to create a tube or torus with it. Link to comment

But soon, in the 2.0 there will be relative position, and i will show you what does it stands for, and why it is useful. The rotation works on the first object but then it got messed up again when i tried to create a tube. Link to comment
