[REL] Little fix to scoreboard resource

Hello,

Sometimes when i play maps where is a lot of scoreboard events (etc. ratio,suicides) the ping disappears and i need to roll it right to see it. Now i edited the scoreboard resource a bit, and everything will be visible now. i find this is very useful.

Download the fixed scoreboard resource here: http://fin-mta.net/scoreboard.zip

Just simply replace the old scoreboard.zip with this new one in your server's resources folder.
