Hoss212 Posted January 3, 2008 Posted January 3, 2008 Well, the server runs fine and everything... but I have 3 friends trying to access it and they get these two DOWNLOAD errors codes... #0-28 #0-6 Two of them got the 28 one, and one of them the 6... and they are both download errors. I am like extremely concerned on what could be the problem. I only tried the game mode CTV-LS... If anyone else wants to see whats wrong please do so! I have the server running 24/7 so go ahead... 71.105.3.70 : 22004 ([FR] Gaming) And it's greatly appreciated for any help!
kevuwk Posted January 3, 2008 Posted January 3, 2008 not sure what those error codes are currently but have you checked that the ports are open for the http server and if you have a firewall that gta/mta can download from there aswell

kevuwk Posted January 3, 2008 Posted January 3, 2008 it would seem (from a quick google search) that 28 is operation timed out and 6 is unable to resolve host, I haven't seen these so can't really comment and i'm at work so can't really look at anything either
Guest Posted January 3, 2008 Posted January 3, 2008 I just connected to your server, and didnt have any problem with playing. But i was playing CTV yesterday on the official server, so maybe it downloaded the files i needed to play from that one so it didnt need to download them from yours?

First: how did u know which is my server? ^^ Second: Yes, when u connect to official server, you get the files.

Tell you what happens. Also @ Assassinator it worked for you because you did download the files from the main server. Thanks for all's support, the only thing I could think of is download ports not forwarded. EDIT! : Someone please try now and let me know what happens... 71.105.3.70:22004
