Making races in Interiors?

Hey hey guys. I have a question. Can i make races in interiors like Liberty City? Because i tried sum things to go to LC with the M-E (Map - Editior), but i didnt found it. So maybe you can help?

I hope this includes Liberty... oh and by the way, find the location by using "element list ->objects" and warp to the selected object by pressing f6

You have access to the proper interiors within DM tho, along with dimensions

i'm having problems with some interiors as walls&floors don't load. Please help as i need them.
