Guest Posted June 23, 2003 Posted June 23, 2003 I read trough the whole forum and i search for something but i couldn´t find anything what answers my question. I would play a multiplayer game at Lan with my brother and have MTA 0.3b but i have no idea how the one create a server and how the other join it., Can somebody help me plz?
Cray Posted June 23, 2003 Posted June 23, 2003 Umm ... download the Win32 Server (assuming you have a Windows machine) and download the client for both LAN Machines. Start the server on one machine and start the client on both machines. Specify the ip of the LAN machine on the computer that is NOT running the server, and on the computer that is running the server specify localhost. Connect and follow the same steps that have been outlining for properly starting a game.

Guest Posted December 13, 2003 Posted December 13, 2003 i have been trying to play with my 2 pcs(networked) and other friends on a remote server.... this is not working ... i assume this is because we (on the lan) are seen as one ..... one person can play and the other can also play yet, he just doesn't see anyone... ASE shows after one disconnects the other is still connected as the one who can play and participate in the game... btw....we are both using gta 1.0 and mta .3b
