Guest Posted February 2, 2007 Posted February 2, 2007 everytime i try to start MTA it says gta_sa has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. ive tried reinstalling mta and i tried reinstalling gtasa and i even tried ajusting the codes to sync up but nothing. im ready to kill my comp can someone give me a hand? ( at fixin my game not killin my comp lol)
MD_Reptile Posted February 2, 2007 Posted February 2, 2007 try going to my documents and into gta san andreas user files then delete gta_sa.set (maybe just gta_sa) then run it again....its the user settings file and will rebuild on restart of the game...any custom settings need re-setting tho

I think it says v2.0 on the box if you have that. Otherwise it should be 1.0. You know you don't have any mods if you have never installed any.

Arnelis Posted February 3, 2007 Posted February 3, 2007 ok i know i got 1.0 cause when i tried installnig patch it said i already got 1.01 or something like that i can figuere out why i just reinstalled my game so it clean i install mta:sa 1.0 and i get that error.I install 1.1.1 and i get error only mta:sa version 1.0 is supported.
