BlackJack69 Posted January 9, 2007 Posted January 9, 2007 I think in MTA: DM you guys should make it where you can delete things from the base of san andreas. You know and then people can make thier own landscapes. That would so rock. You could make your own town! And have it nice and all that without hvaing to worry about building your map over the ocean lol.
Dark Dragon Posted January 9, 2007 Posted January 9, 2007 yeah that would be cool... but you can do great things with 250 items too! more items would make more things possible.
erorr404 Posted January 9, 2007 Posted January 9, 2007 Where does the 250 figure come from? I thought the limit was by density (amount of objects per unit area).
Ace_Gambit Posted January 11, 2007 Posted January 11, 2007 You can already make your own landscapes with landmasses. Besides, almost every structure will leave a big gaping hole when you delete it from the map . This means you'll have to fill it up before adding your own objects. And I don't think they will add a real dynamic landmass generator anytime soon.
MrJax Posted January 11, 2007 Posted January 11, 2007 Where does the 250 figure come from? I thought the limit was by density (amount of objects per unit area). Yeah thats right, GTA can only support so many being loaded at a time, so you can have thousands, but no more than around 250 within a certain distance, although im fairly sure the game can support upto 350.
Raoul Posted January 12, 2007 Posted January 12, 2007 The object limit is very frustrating but will it be possible for 350 on MTA: DM
The Beyond Posted January 12, 2007 Posted January 12, 2007 I don't see the problem with the 250 objects limit. As said before, you can use 1000 objects but only 250 in a seperate area
lil Toady Posted January 12, 2007 Posted January 12, 2007 As said before, you can use 1000 objects where did you see that? you can use thousands, that ain't 1000, that's a lot more afaik
darkdreamingdan Posted January 12, 2007 Posted January 12, 2007 As said before, you can use 1000 objects where did you see that? you can use thousands, that ain't 1000, that's a lot more afaik he was just using that figure as an example
