Help with error AC#4 after Windows reinstall

Good afternoon. After a year-long break, I tried to log into NextRP but receive error code . I haven't installed any third-party programs; I only reinstalled Windows during my absence. I contacted NextRP support, and they advised me to visit this forum. I have never been banned by anti-cheat software. I've tried closing all background programs, but nothing works. Could you please help me resolve this issue?
