MTA Serial linked to wrong Discord

Hello MTA Support Team and Community,

I am facing an issue regarding my MTA Serial ownership and I hope someone from the technical team can help me out. 

Recently, I tried to join a local Roleplay server that requires a Discord whitelist link. However, when I try to complete my registration, the system blocks me stating that my current MTA Serial is already linked to someone else's Discord account (which I don't own). 

When I try to use the automated recovery options, the bot states that my actual Discord account has no whitelist registered. The server administration is completely unreachable due to locked direct messages and a closed support system, so they cannot manually clear it from their database.

I have never played on this server before. 

My current MTA Serial is: 7967FEFDBA77ABE1C7AE3DDA6158E463

Is there any way the technical team can check this or guide me on how to handle this hardware/serial conflict so I can play properly?

Hi there,

Unfortunately, you'll have to insist towards that particular server's administration team to sort things out. They'll have to clear things out with you at their system-level.
We're unable to assist you with this kind of requests at MTA-level, nor there are any ways for you to resolve this conflict other than reaching out to the server administration team.
