Hamachi

From what I can gather, all it does is gets past a NAT on the router that the server is running on. I don't see how it would affect ping, and it would only be useful for people running servers on their home PCs.

Thanks Jon, I was thinking Hamachi was a little faster, but wasn't sure

and it would only be useful for people running servers on their home PCs.

well I guess it may be useful for something

Hamachi is only usefull for games where u want to use the "local network" environment for online play.

It's useless for MTA, it wont lower your ping, it will only cause more lag.

It's very usefull for BF2 if you don't have CD key(maybe you lost it somwere) so you make a LAN connection with your friends and go! :D

No talk about illegal stuff here.

As stated above, Hamachi is only useful for playing "LAN games" over the Internet.

Since all it does is create a glorified VPN over your Internet connection, I don't see how it would lower your ping, because your Internet speed is still the same.
