NEED HELP !!!

Hello everyone,
I’m having an issue when trying to log in to a private MTA server. I keep getting this error message:

"You can only get your password wrong 10 times every 24 hours."

I understand this is a security restriction, but it seems my account or my IP is still blocked even though I can’t remember entering the wrong password that many times.

Details:

• Server type: Private server 

• The error appears immediately when I try to log in

• I can’t access my account at all

• Restarting the game and changing network didn’t fix it

Could someone please help me understand how to remove this limit, or if the server owner needs to reset my failed login attempts manually?

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hi,

You will need to reach out to that particular server's owners/administration team to sort this one out.
It might be possible that you didn't enter the password wrong that many times, but someone with malicious intents could have, therefore blocking your account. This is pure speculation though based on what you've shared in this topic.

Restarting the game or changing the network, as you already experienced by yourself, wouldn't work. This is not an issue with MTA itself, nor with your network, but rather with your account status on that server, hence why you should address your support request to them.
