Hi, welcome to the forums.

Error CD33 means a server-related ban, therefore you will need to reach out to CCDPlanet's administration team to appeal your ban.
There is nothing we can do on our end, it's up to each and every particular server to administer itself and its players.

If you can't resolve your issue via a ban appeal to that server's administration, then you should consider playing on other servers.
