I would appreciate it if you guys could help a bit , like explain me some commands, Like WTF is %a and all that shit. I know !writeini and $readini good enough to let them work , but thats about all of it

hey i need help with the mta mirc admin toolo on server 1 it keeps say connection timed out and also on my mta .5 client it keep saying unscanned and its really pissing me of i smashed my other computer screen so i had to buy a new one i would like some help please
