rat race

next week how about a rat race?

we all start off at the same place in LV or LS or SF and there are cars at random spots on the map.

first one to a certain point wins the game. anyone up for it?

no that would be street racing.

im talking everybody starts at one place and can then travel anyway and by whatever means they want to get to the finish.

no checkpoints nothing.

if playing it in VC deathmatch is easier then thats cool.

I started creating such gamemode in sa-mp a long time ago, but haven't finished it. One thing - no planes or choppers. If you watched cannonball movie you should know why

what is the difference between this and a regular race again?

if i understand you correctly everybody starts on one end of the map and has to reach the end checkpoint as soon as possible. and the end checkpoint is the only one in the race.

there are lots of maps like this already in the game, most of them finish on mount chiliad

This is based of DM, with cars, not pickups

ive been on one where you started in lv, went to top of chilliad and then to the pier on ls and u fell off at the end and it had loads of pickups. so this idea has been done loads DONT DENY IT
