Yes, it is by far the most popular version. To play, you need a copy of the appropriate GTA version (in this case, San Andreas), an Internet connection (preferrably broadband) and a computer.

You forgot to mention that it's Race Mode only

You also need to downgrade San Andreas to 1.0, as mods arent playable on higher versions. Retail is 2.0
