CD16 bug, most of time

Been having this issue lately. It only happens on FFS everytime i try to join the sv i get timed out but all the other sv's are working completely normal. Have made a thread about this like 3 years ago but noone could help me with it. Did every step @Dutchman101listed about regarding mtaDIAG, and servicing bat but still have yet to be able to fix this issue. Can anyone help me?

If this is only happening on a specific server, please consider reaching out to that server's administration for their input and assistance on that matter.
Also, please avoid tagging staff in the future.
