dropping fps and lag

Good afternoon, some time ago my pc's fps was normal at 240 but about 5 days ago the fps started to drop a lot and I can't correct this error I think it's related to the new update my pc is an i5 3rd generation 8gb ram and a rx 550 4 gb does not exceed 170 fps and the fps drops a lot

Please download and run MTADiag and follow the instructions. Post any Pastebin URL MTADiag gives you.
Also, please let us know whether you're facing this issue on a specific server or on any server you're connecting to/playing on.
