Freezing the screen when I ALTAB

Hello MTA staff. I have this problem for a long time and I can't solve it. Whenever I play my screen freezes and I can't get back into the game by pressing alt tab. I hope you can help me fix it!. Thank you.    /     https://pastebin.multitheftauto.com/6923988632

Hi, welcome to the forums!

There's a known issue regarding tabbing out and getting your game window stuck when trying to get back into the game while in fullscreen mode.
For the time being, switch your MTA video settings (Settings -> Video) to Fullscreen mode: Borderless keep res.

Hey, I know borderless resolution solve that issue but when I change to borderless  I feel so much delay in my movements. Also the brightness is very bad and my movements are not smooth.
