Your installation path looks funky, I'd advise you to keep the default installation path or at least avoid nesting MTA into multiple folders (do something like F:\MTA\ instead of F:\MTA\mta\) Make sure to perform a clean install, that is make sure you fully remove the contents of this problematic installation and attempt a new installation using the latest version which you can grab from https://mtasa.com/download Link to comment
