Getting kicked with Error CD48 (FileLocker)

Hello everyone, like the title says I'm always getting the error "CD48 (Filelocker)", I tried looking around for fixes and nothing worked, I get kicked from any server I try with this error.

You have too many non Standard issues, reinstall without mods and clean folder
