can I play when I'm running a server?

hi everybody im a n00bie... I know, but... is there a way to play in my own server when I'm running the MTA Server aplication?

Just minimize you're server, launch the client and connect to you're server, works fine.

Yes. Just play like you normally would.

But you have to quick connect to it. it is localhost
