So I have the problem CD16 and CD09 I reinstalled the MTA and GtA SA , I deactivated the firewall and Avast even helped but it wasn't for a long time, a user told me to use MTADiag and create a post with the following Customer Name and then put the pastebin link below is the link ent agr pls help me :)

Delete your MTA:SA and GTA:SA files, then download them again to a clean folder without mods,and you should run the full virus scan,If the problem still persists, buy the GTA:SA package from g2a.com...
