alan1533 Posted November 27, 2022 Posted November 27, 2022 I took a 15-day ban because of Trainer I had a high ping on a server and I went to use vpn then when I went to enter the server it appeared that I took a 15-day ban for the "Trainer" reason

This is needed so the anticheat team can further investigate your case. You can grab your game serial by launching MTA, opening up the console (F8 key by default) and typing 'serial' without any quotes.
