Problem with Editor and Server

Normally it played fine before the MTA client update, but lately it takes a long time to open the map editor (+10min).

When I manage to enter and test the map with the f5, it takes time for the character to appear.

When I play on my regular roleplaying server I get fps spikes when I'm driving, 
it is something strange because after playing for a while or several hours, it goes well for me

 

I have reinstalled mta and it doesn't fix it, just update the mta client to the latest version
