You have been temporarily banned for using Lagswitch.

Temporary bans cannot be appealed, so all you have to do for now is wait for the ban to expire.
Once the ban expires, make sure you perform a clean reinstall of your GTA as Shady suggested as there are lots of nonstandard files in your installation. Of course, remove the lagswitch program aswell.

Hey @fugino Welcome to our Forum,you get a lot of Nonstandard answers so in short I recommend having a clean GTA:SA and MTA:SA file (reinstall and don't install a mod while doing it)

I installed a clean Grand Theft Auto SA. MTA did not install.
