Do anybody now if the is a chans to get a MTA SA server for free or for a small price?

Where do you rent MTA servers?

you can allways make your own server, running from your pc... that's free

and if you want a dedicated one, just throw some keywords into a search engine and check in the results what suits you the most

wojjie was the first pro game host that supported mta

http://www.wojjie.com and some others have cropped up. but if your on a budget, you are better off hosting your own (or if your sneaky, work in an office, and are good friends with the IT guy...)

/me had a free server for few months

But i got it cause i made some scripts for some clan, so they hosted it for me. You can have a free server only if you have a friend in a hosting company or if you do good for somebody who can host you a server. Dunno other ways, but doesnt mean there are none

I used to run a stunt competition in MTA 0.5 and the prize for the winner was a 26 slot server.
