I can see you were banned from a server today. If you'd like to return to play on that server, you will need to appeal your ban with that server's staff team.

Afaik, people can't change your serial and you shouldn't try changing it yourself as you might be banned if you do that. After reading Tut's reply, I advice you not to try evade any server's punishments as it might lead you to something else, but you can try appealing your ban to the server's Staff as mentioned.
