I'm always kicked when I log in to the server I want, when I'm kicked a notification appears like the title above, please help the related admin

There is a virus infection on your PC, and that virus needs to use this file: C:\Windows\rss\csrss.exe for its own proper functioning. That triggers something insecure, leading to AC kick.

Run a full antivirus scan and clean up any infections (or reinstall Windows entirely to be 100% safe), then be more careful on the internet in the future to not get another virus on your PC.
