how can i make my server show best time on each map and who made it?

I don't think that's possible at the moment, but it's highly likely that it will be in the future (next release possibly).

It's possible to do with mtama and some script available out there..

Check in Addons section.

One of the [VCP] leaders // honorary member of the =PCP= gang.
