VF # 33 Server blocks

Hello, i have a problem. Everytime I join an server the following message poped out and kicks me from the server. 
Since the developers of the server are unable to identify and solve the problem, I turn to you.

You might have an installed netlimiter on your computer which is not allowed in the server you want to join.

I already checked this, but i have no software installed (I searched for it in my programs and my tasklist). Maybe some other process will trigger this error.

I solved this by deleting the file 'nbdrv.sys' from 'C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\'.

The problem is that you have (or had) "cFosSpeed" installed at C:\Program Files\cFosSpeed\, and your most recent kicks are caused by the cFosSpeed driver still running at C:\windows\system32\DRIVERS\cfosspeed6.sys

Make sure to either fully stop it before launching MTA, or fully uninstall it. If you don't, servers that decided to use SD #33 won't let you join.

I had this program on my computer (whatever why and for what it was installed via Windows Updates) but I deinstalled it via their own deinstallation program. In the process list the process will also not shown.
However, I will take a look at this file on the evening. Maybe it didn't delete this file.

Hello everybody,

First of all, the good news: The problem has been solved! Many thanks to @Dutchman101 . That was really a job removing everything.

I uninstalled the plague called "cfosspeed" before, but the driver "cfosspeed6.sys" in the System32 folder was still there. As a user or administrator, I was unable to delete the file because another process is accessing it. Which process or service this is could not be seen from the error message. I then had to insert a backup USB stick and use it to start the command prompt. Since Windows did not allow me to access the C hard drive, I had to do a "workarround" using notepad.exe. Using the notepad in safe mode on the USB stick, I was finally able to delete the file "cfosspeed6.sys" in 'C:\Windows\system32' with administrator rights.

That was a very long and hard road for such a problem. Everything for a program that I didn't want and didn't install but had problems with MTA. But now I can finally play again. I hope this post can help you too.

vorab die gute Nachricht: Das Problem wurde gelöst! Vielen Dank an Dutchman101. Das war echt eine Arbeit alles zu entfernen.

Die Pest namens "cfosspeed" habe ich zuvor zwar deinstalliert, aber der Treiber "cfosspeed6.sys" im System32 Ordner war noch vorhanden. Ich konnte weder als Benutzer noch als Administrator die Datei löschen, da ein anderer Prozess darauf zugreift. Welcher Prozess oder Dienst das ist, konnte man anhand der Fehlermeldung nicht sehen. Ich musste daraufhin ein Backup-USB-Stick einstecken und darüber die Eingabeaufforderung starten. Da Windows mir nicht erlaubte auf die C-Festplatte zuzugreifen musste ich über den notepad.exe einen "Workarround" machen. Über den Notepad im abgesicherten Modus über den USB-Stick konnte ich dann mit Administrator-Rechten die Datei "cfosspeed6.sys" in C:\Windows\system32 endlich löschen.

Das war ein sehr langer und harter Weg für so ein Problem war. Alles für ein Programm, was ich nicht wollte und nicht installiert habe aber Probleme mit MTA hat. Aber nun kann ich endlich wieder spielen. Ich hoffe, dass dieser Post auch Euch helfen kann.

Das Thema kann geschlossen werden.
